PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
QAQC Lab guarantees the performance of all of it's products if used in accordance with the listed specifications and recommendations.
If you are unsure of a products application, please contact one of our representatives by calling (804) 318 3686. We will discuss your application with you, and advise you as to it's suitability. After an initial interview, we will require a written request of suitability for application, reasonably spelling out the procedural parameters and any concerns. After approval we will issue a written guarantee of suitability, which will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
In the event that an instrument is deemed unsuitable for the intended application, we will provide one of the following remedies:
-Replace the equipment with an equally valued item
-Credit the original purchase amount towards the purchase of another item
-Issue a refund for the contracted amount, less any restocking fees. Restocking fees are primarily charged for larger items, that may have special packaging considerations.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

General Warranty Terms
This warranty is provided for equipment and services used within the QAQC lab,
ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. This warranty
applies primarily to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless stated
otherwise in specific conditions.
Warranty Coverage
The QAQC Lab Warranty covers the following:
• Defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
• Malfunctions due to faulty equipment within the warranty period.
• Repair or replacement of components as deemed necessary by our technicians.

Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
• Regular wear and tear.

Claim Procedure
To file a claim under this warranty, follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer service team to report the issue.
2. Provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the defect.
3. Follow instructions provided by our support team for returning the item if necessary.
