The Sinar Large Seed Analyzer Moisture Analyzer is a capacitance based analyzer that has seven pre-programmed channels, used most commonly to measure moisture levels in larger sized, free flowing agricultural commodities, like cacao beans and dried fruits, that are too large for the AP Series Sample Cell. Calibrations can easily be developed on site. Data can be transferred to inline moisture analyzer for dryers and silos.
Can be used where probe type sensors don't work because they compress the sample.

The principle behind the LSA is simplicity - when the cell is filled and the appropriate commodity program selected, the moisture content (%) is clearly shown within six seconds on the liquid crystal display. The average moisture content of a series of up to 254 samples can be measured in just one second.
The Sinar LSA also provides readouts of temperature, and its RS232 output allows information to be fed to a computer or to a printer for a hard copy record.
