The QAQC Rotary Sample Divider is a sample quantity reduction device, used before physical or chemical analysis of dry powders in the laboratory. 

This equipment can automatically, quickly and effectively divide the samples into 1 up to 50 portions; each portion has the same representation of the original sample. 

It consists of control panel, vibration feeder, sample collector and sample cleaning device, etc.
Principle

Install the tubes in the sample collector. 
Turn on the main power supply. 
Turn on the vibration feeder, adjust the amplitude knob. Meanwhile, turn on the sample collector, select the default speed of low, standard, or high. 

Adjust the required speed by further adjusting plus or minus key. Add proper amount of sample into the sample tank. The sample will automatically be divided into 1 up to 50 shares, and each
sample divided has the same representative as the original samples. 

According to the needs of different users, the samples in the tubes can also be poured into the tank for further dividing.
The QAQC  Rotary Sample Divider consists of a divider, rotating funnels, vibrating assembly, sample cleaning device etc. 

The sample is easily and evenly divided into specific shares under associated control of speed and vibration adjustment controller. 

Each share is representative.
